Is there Vaastu defect in a rented house?
Some people ask this question that what will happen in this, it has to last for a year or two and it is our property otherwise it does not matter whether the Vaastu is right in it or not. Another friend kept a factory on rent and when he went to Pooja Rakhi, after seeing him, he told him that this puja or havan will not help anything, correct the Vaastu defects, otherwise he will have to close it down in 6 months, and so it happened, his factory had to be closed down in 7 months. The south-west was not 90 degrees in it, there was a door from the south-west which led to the road. Even if you have to stay on rent for 6 months, you should still think about paying the rent to the society.
